Issue #535: Year in Review
Friends,
I hope that 2023 is treating you great so far. First and foremost, thank you for following CSS Weekly throughout the previous year and for all your generous support.
2022 was a major milestone for me, as I managed to focus full-time on the newsletter, and I’ve ventured into content creation, mainly on CSS Weekly’s YouTube channel. If you still haven’t checked it out, please do. It would mean the world to me.

Mastering Prettier & Stylelint
I started working on my first course in 2022. Even though I’ve written the entire material, I failed miserably with recording and editing. Partly due to being overoptimistic and partly because of external factors, but I consider this a huge failure nevertheless.
To everyone enrolled, thank you for your trust and your patience with this. I’ve made a concrete plan of action, so the modules will be released as soon as possible.
📝 Written 150,492 characters, 159 pages
🎥 Recorded more than 200 minutes of video
😔 Published only the first two modules
🎓 40 incredible people enrolled in the course
On the upside, you can still get it at a huge pre-launch discount. And until the end of January, you can use coupon code JANUARY50 to get an additional 50% off on an already discounted price.
CSS Stickers
CSS Stickers is one of the projects I’m thinking about starting. Quite a few people have already expressed interest, but I’m not entirely sure it’s quite enough. So if you’re even remotely interested, sign up to get detailed updates about stickers—and only about stickers.
💌 146 people signed up to receive updates about the project
👥 460 people visited the landing page
I consider this to be a fun project that I’d really like to ship, so I’ll see how much time I can dedicate to it.
2023 Goals
I will continue creating as much content as possible with more focus on engaging with the community. I consider 2022 to be my year of learning, and I intend to make 2023 my year of shipping.
If you want to support CSS Weekly, please subscribe to the YouTube Channel, and consider enrolling in Mastering Prettier & Stylelint.
Thank you so much for your support.
